Dr. Florian Miranzadeh is board-certified in family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative
Medicine. He has served in many capacities including but not limited to Emergency room
attending,Senior clinical attending, Health initiative volunteer, Ask a Pediatrician health
desk, Nutritional Consultant for adolescents, and providing health services to under
privileged and under-served communities. Dr. Miranzadeh is multilingual in English, French,
and Spanish, with minor knowledge of Italian. He is an adjunct assistant professor of Clinical
Family medicine at Midwestern University Medical School, as well as a Physician Preceptor
for University of Illinois/ Illinois Masonic Medical Center Family Practice residency program.
He serves as the Vice Chair of the Department of Family Medicine, and he is the Section
Chief of Osteopathic Medicine at Illinois Masonic Hospital. Dr. Miranzadeh has conducted
medical book reviews, and has conducted much research including a compilation for
American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
Elizabeth E. Finck, MMS. PA-C is a Certified Physician assistant. She graduated from
Midwestern University with a Masters in Medical Sciences. She concentrates on Women's
Health and Pediatrics, in addition to general family care. Beth's philosophy of care is friendly
and holistic.
Dr. Timothy Salley, DPM is a podiatrist specializing in sports injuries,and diseases of
foot and ankle.
